What to write about
A clip or a review decision
Rejected and not sure why, or think a decision was wrong. Send the clip title and the wallet you submitted from, and a reviewer will look again.
Usually answered within a day
A payment
Approved but nothing arrived, or the amount looks wrong. Send the wallet address and the clip title. On chain payments are public, so we can trace exactly what happened.

Taking a clip down
Changed your mind, or something got into frame that should not have. Write from the wallet that submitted it and we will delete the clip and its file.
No reason needed

Building manipulation models and want footage from the LEO Robotics set. Tell us the task types and volume you need.
For labs and companies
Before you write
Most questions about what makes a clip pass review are already answered by the capture standard on the home page, and the ones about payment are on the FAQ. If your question is there, you will get an answer faster by reading it than by waiting for us.
What we cannot do
- Reverse a payment that has already settled. Once it is on chain it is final, for us as much as for you.
- Recover funds sent to a wrong address you entered. Check the address before submitting.
- Advise you on whether to hold or sell tokenized stock. We are not licensed to give financial advice and will not pretend otherwise.
